Fabiana Reyes practices federal immigration law exclusively with a focus on employment-based immigration matters including EB-1, EB-2, National Interest Waivers, PERM, E-2, O, L and H-1B petitions. Ms. Reyes has successfully obtained U.S. employment visas, U.S. permanent residency and U.S. citizenship for hundreds of satisfied clients. Her expertise includes the approval of petitions submitted to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and to the United States Department of Labor, as well as to United States consulates around the world. Prior to joining Colombo and Hurd, Ms. Reyes ran her own successful immigration practice, and also served as Of Counsel to a renowned global law firm.
Ms. Reyes holds an undergraduate degree from Vassar College and a Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law, from which she graduated with honors. A native of Argentina, Ms. Reyes’ personal experience and bicultural background add depth to her understanding of the experience of foreign nationals immigrating to the United States. Ms. Reyes is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and previously served as Co-Chair of the AILA South Florida Chapter’s Business and Investment Committee. Ms. Reyes is fluent in Spanish and English.
