Valerie Zhang is an experienced immigration attorney at Colombo & Hurd and an member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Her remarkable journey began as the first in her family to attain a college degree.

Educated both in China and the United States, Ms. Zhang holds an Bachelor’s Degree in law from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, as well as a Juris Doctor Degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Her international background and cross-cultural upbringing have granted her a unique perspective on the complexities of the United States Immigration system.

Having personally experienced the difficulties of the immigration process, having come from China herself, Ms. Zhang was inspired to dedicate her legal career to immigration law. This personal connection encourages her commitment to assisting clients through the very processes she once navigated, making her not only a highly skilled attorney but also an empathetic and understanding for her clients.
