Kristal Sanchez

Kristal Sanchez is an experienced immigration attorney at Colombo & Hurd and a member of the Texas State Bar Association.

Ms. Sanchez obtained her law degree from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government with a minor in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

After earning her Juris Doctor degree, Ms. Sanchez practiced at multiple large corporate immigration firms, where she focused on non-immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, H-1B1, H-3, E-3, and Requests for Evidence (RFEs), as well as National Interest Waivers (NIWs).

For Ms. Sanchez, the most rewarding thing about her work is being able to provide empathetic support during a process that is usually complex and emotionally challenging. She is also actively involved with non-profit organizations helping immigrants prepare their naturalization applications. In addition, she is bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows her to offer a closer and more effective service to her clients.

In her free time, Ms. Sanchez enjoys dancing, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
