Maria Eugenia “Maru” Giraud is the HR Director at Colombo & Hurd. With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Maru joined the firm two years ago to help shape its human strategies and initiatives.
Maru has a degree in Industrial Relations, which has deepened her expertise in the field. She finds great satisfaction in helping individuals advance their careers and watching them grow within the company. Her dedication to offering support and being involved in each team member’s journey highlights the crucial role HR plays in the firm’s success.
As an immigrant herself, Maru moved to the U.S. six years ago to create a better future for her family. Colombo & Hurd gave her the chance to work in a field she loves while being part of a team that helps others achieve their dreams of immigrating to the United States.
In her free time, Maru enjoys doing puzzles and spending time with her family.
