Mr. Busch is an accomplished IT professional with a lifelong passion for technology. Growing up, he spent hours learning everything he could about computers, laying the foundation for his successful career. With a solid academic background in core technology concepts and collaborating as a team, Mr. Busch’s expertise has been shaped by his diverse experience in the dynamic IT field.
Throughout his career, Roger Busch has leveraged his collective knowledge to drive growth and innovation. Notably, he played a pivotal role in expanding Colombo & Hurd by over 300%, transforming it into a truly international company. His dedication to continuous learning has allowed him to stay ahead in the modern IT landscape, which is constantly evolving.
As Director of IT, Mr. Busch finds fulfillment in solving complex problems alongside his talented team with a diverse skillset. Outside the office, he cherishes time with his family, supports the Orlando Magic and Minnesota Vikings, and enjoys running 5Ks with his wife.
