Durante seu per\u00edodo na universidade, tamb\u00e9m atuou como tutora acad\u00eamica e assistente de pesquisa. Ela \u00e9 membro da Ordem dos Advogados de Illinois e da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Americana de Advogados de Imigra\u00e7\u00e3o (AILA). <\/p>\n<p>A Dra. Slomski possui ampla experi\u00eancia com casos I-140 nas categorias EB-1 e EB-2 (Isen\u00e7\u00e3o por Interesse Nacional), tanto na fase inicial de protocolo quanto na resposta a Solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de Evid\u00eancias (RFEs). Ela tamb\u00e9m tem experi\u00eancia como volunt\u00e1ria em casos de asilo e como professora de ingl\u00eas no exterior. <\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s iniciar sua carreira jur\u00eddica atuando com bancos e corpora\u00e7\u00f5es, a Dra. Slomski decidiu direcionar sua trajet\u00f3ria para o direito imigrat\u00f3rio, buscando utilizar sua experi\u00eancia jur\u00eddica para ajudar imigrantes em potencial a encontrar um caminho para a resid\u00eancia permanente nos Estados Unidos. <\/p>\n<p>Em seu tempo livre, Rachel Slomski gosta de cozinhar, pintar com aquarela e explorar a costa da Calif\u00f3rnia ao lado de seu marido.
