Arantza Fernandes

Arantza Fernandes is an experienced immigration attorney and a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Bar Association of Caracas, Venezuela. Ms. Fernandes earned a Law Degree from the esteemed Catholic University Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, and a Juris Doctor and Master’s Degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Ms. Fernandes handles employment-based petitions, including EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-2/3 PERMS, H1Bs, and other complex immigration matters. Ms. Fernandes’s personal journey as an immigrant empowered her to focus on immigration law. Empathizing with the challenges of leaving one’s homeland, she is driven by a desire to support individuals seeking new beginnings.
