Joseli Pincinato is the Director of Legal Operations at Colombo & Hurd, where she leads the firm’s legal operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and client care. With over two decades of experience in immigration law, and as an immigrant herself, Ms. Pincinato brings a rare combination of expertise, empathy, and dedication to every case.

Originally from Brazil, Ms. Pincinato moved to the United States in 2003 and began her career in immigration law with a passion for helping others navigate the same path she once walked. Since joining Colombo & Hurd in 2011, she has helped shape the firm’s success, supporting hundreds of clients in business and investor immigration matters, including L, E, H, O, EB-1, and EB-5 visas, PERM labor certifications, and adjustment of status filings.

She has been instrumental in helping the firm achieve and maintain a 100% approval rate on over 700 EB-5 petitions — a career highlight that reflects her precision and commitment to results.

Ms. Pincinato is fully fluent in Portuguese and English and speaks conversational Spanish, making her an essential bridge for international clients, especially those from Brazil. She holds a degree in Portuguese and English from Faculdade de Ciências e Letras Padre Anchieta in São Paulo.
