Yandiel Muniz 

Immigration Attorney

Yandiel Muniz is an Immigration Attorney at Colombo & Hurd and a member of the Florida Bar Association. Mr. Muniz brings nearly eight years of experience in immigration law, with a practice focused on complex employment-based and family-based petitions for entrepreneurs, investors, athletes, and skilled professionals.

Before joining Colombo & Hurd, Mr. Muniz operated an independent immigration practice in Miami, where he managed cases spanning a wide range of petition categories. His practice included EB-1A, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), EB-5 investor, E-2 treaty investor, O-1A, and adjustment of status filings. He regularly collaborated with expert witnesses, business plan developers, and financial professionals to build compelling evidentiary records for high-level filings.

Prior to establishing his independent practice, Mr. Muniz served as an immigration attorney at a Miami-based firm, where he prepared and filed employment-based and family-based petitions, drafted responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), managed consular processing matters including DS-260 preparation, and represented clients at USCIS interviews.
