Congratulations to our client, a Canadian citizen who received the approval of his E-2 Visa at the U.S. Consulate in Toronto earlier this month in February, 2021. The client developed a medical transport business, which became the key to the case as his appointment was suddenly rescheduled to late in 2021. After we requested an expedited interview due to the nature of his business and his essential role in managing it, the Consulate allowed him to interview just days later, and he was then approved.
