EB-2 NIW Green Card Case Study: Approval for Clinical Research Scientist from Germany

An academic researcher in chemistry pointed to her published work and the improvements she brought to a university research lab.

Letters of interest showed active demand for her work. An academic collaborator asked to continue their joint research and an industry leader offered to support her work on clinical research training. She also received a permanent job offer for a senior clinical trials role, providing additional evidence of demand for her expertise in the United States.
