Aaron Labreque

Immigration Attorney

Mr. Labreque has practiced immigration law exclusively since 2017, focusing his practice on employment-based (EB-2 National Interest Waivers) and investment-based (E-2 Treaty Trader) immigration.

Mr. Labreque is passionate about taking a creative approach to helping foreign nationals develop their national interest waiver projects and advising treaty investors on how to navigate opening or buying a business in the United States. Over the years, he has represented individuals in deportation proceedings, at interviews before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, as well as at U.S. consulates abroad.

Born in Miami and raised in South Florida, Mr. Labreque was exposed to many cultures from an early age. He witnessed firsthand how friends from different parts of the world have truly enriched the lives and experiences of those around them. That experience inspired him to pursue immigration law as a way to honor his upbringing and the lasting impact it had on him.

During law school, Mr. Labreque placed 4th out of 22 teams for best written brief in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, and won Best Oral Advocate in Trinidad & Tobago as part of the American Caribbean Law Initiative.
