Allison McVey

Allison McVey is a Senior Immigration Attorney at Colombo & Hurd, where her practice centers on employment-based petitions, including EB-1A extraordinary ability visas, EB-2 National Interest Waivers (NIWs), and O-1 non-immigrant matters, for extraordinary and high-skilled professionals.

Ms. McVey decided to pursue immigration law with a conviction that immigrants are fundamental to the prosperity and cultural vitality of the United States. That belief drives how she builds cases and how she engages and advocates for clients.

Before joining Colombo & Hurd, she strengthened her petition practice at other immigration law firms. Her background also includes Social Security disability law, where she learned to navigate complex systems and to advocate effectively on behalf of her clients.
