Andrew Shapiro-Zysk is Chief Information Officer at Colombo & Hurd. Mr. Shapiro-Zysk brings more than 22 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on business intelligence, data analytics, and the operational demands of U.S. immigration law. His work centers on building data-driven systems that support legal strategy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across complex organizations.

Before joining Colombo & Hurd, Mr. Shapiro-Zysk held senior leadership roles at global immigration law firms. Most recently, he served as a Director of Reporting and Data Analytics, where he partnered with legal and operational leadership to align analytics initiatives with firm strategy, led reporting teams across multiple offices, developed key performance indicators, and implemented business intelligence tools to enhance data visibility and performance tracking.

Mr. Shapiro-Zysk has extensive experience managing enterprise-scale reporting and analytics functions in highly regulated legal environments. His background includes supervising data teams, establishing reporting standards, overseeing seven-figure budgets, and collaborating closely with IT on data integrity, infrastructure, application development, and automation initiatives.

At Colombo & Hurd, Mr. Shapiro-Zysk leads the firm’s information and data strategy, working closely with attorneys and leadership to ensure that technology and analytics systems support the firm’s growing legal practice.

Outside of his professional role, Mr. Shapiro-Zysk volunteers with his church and sits on the board of the Rhode Island Civic Chorale and Orchestra. He enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.  Mr. Shapiro-Zysk lives in Providence, Rhode Island, with his husband, David, and his cat, Zelda.
