Connor Futch

Connor Futch is an Immigration Attorney at Colombo & Hurd and a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Mr. Futch’s practice spans employment-based immigration, removal defense, and federal litigation involving unlawful detention.

In his employment-based immigration practice, Mr. Futch represents professionals, employers, and other petitioners in a broad range of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. His experience includes EB-1A, EB-1B, PERM-based I-140 petitions, adjustment of status applications, and H-1B, O-1, F-1, and J-1 matters. He also prepares responses to Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny and advises clients on immigration strategy, compliance, and visa eligibility.

Mr. Futch has represented detained individuals in immigration court proceedings, including master calendar hearings, individual hearings, and bond proceedings. He has also prepared and litigated federal habeas corpus petitions challenging unlawful immigration detention. His experience leading both detained and business immigration teams has strengthened his ability to develop effective case strategies, manage complex matters, and guide clients through high-stakes proceedings.

Throughout his career, Mr. Futch has advocated for clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and federal courts. His background across both humanitarian and business immigration matters allows him to approach each case with a practical, strategic, and client-focused perspective.
