Dallan Bunce is an experienced immigration attorney at Colombo & Hurd and a member of the New York Bar Association and Washington Bar Association.

Mr. Bunce obtained his Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law and Legal Studies from the Stetson University College of Law in Florida. He also earned a Bachelor’s in Philosophy from Southern Virginia University and an LL.M. in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Universidad de Granada.

Throughout his academic career, Mr. Bunce actively participated in pro-bono services, earned various certificates, and received numerous awards for his outstanding work in immigration law.

With extensive experience living and working abroad, Mr. Bunce has developed a unique understanding of the complexities surrounding international immigration. His expertise includes investment-based petitions, notably the EB-5 and E-2 investor visas. He has successfully secured hundreds of visas for his clients, including cases involving Requests for Evidence (RFEs).

Mr. Bunce's passion for immigration law stems from his personal experiences abroad and his desire to assist individuals in achieving their dreams of immigrating to the United States. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, Mr. Bunce enjoys spending time with his family, jogging, listening to audiobooks, skiing, and is an avid fan of the Utah Jazz.
