David Schick

David Schick is Chief of Business Operations at Colombo & Hurd. Mr. Schick brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across global banking, insurance, and wealth management, with a career built on operational excellence and P&L growth. His work centers on leading organizations through complex strategic and structural change.

Before joining Colombo & Hurd, Mr. Schick held Chief Operating Officer, transformation, and Profit and Loss (P&L) leadership roles at some of the world's largest and most complex financial institutions, operating across more than 50 countries. His experience spans corporate, retail, and transaction banking; commercial, personal, and specialty insurance and reinsurance; wealth management; and family office platforms. He has driven multi-billion-dollar Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions as well as enterprise-wide digital modernization and AI-enabled transformation programs.

At Colombo & Hurd, Mr. Schick leads the firm's business strategy and growth operations, partnering with firm leadership to strengthen organizational performance, operational infrastructure, and long-term commercial direction.
