Kassidy Lenora Reidy is an Immigration Attorney at Colombo & Hurd. Ms. Reidy brings more than seven years of experience in employment-based immigration, with a practice built on high-skilled individual petition filings, Fortune 50 corporate compliance, and the development of legal workflows and internal controls that ensure complex immigration filings are prepared accurately and consistently at scale.

Before joining Colombo & Hurd, Ms. Reidy served as a managing immigration counsel at a leading immigration technology company, where she oversaw legal staff and implemented review frameworks that ensured compliance consistency across hundreds of matters. She has also advised an AI legal tech startup on the oversight of AI-generated legal drafts, helping translate regulatory obligations into reliable workflows and building governance mechanisms to maintain program integrity.

Prior to these roles, Ms. Reidy served as immigration counsel supporting employees of Fortune 50 companies, managing end-to-end matters including consular processing, EB-1 and O-1 petitions, L-1A and L-1B filings, and PERM labor certification proceedings. She collaborated with HR, legal, and operations teams on sensitive employee matters, contributed to the design of I-9 compliance tools, and conducted enterprise-wide I-9 audits and E-Verify remediation.

She also supported individual immigration matters, including assisting a Fortune 50 company’s DACA population and guiding employees through marriage-based adjustment of status filings, while handling complex issues such as Nunc Pro Tunc filings, Motions to Reopen, and executive-level consular matters.

Ms. Reidy began her career at a boutique immigration firm, where she helped build the firm’s naturalization practice from the ground up, establishing its templates, review protocols, and quality standards.
