Wil Safrit

Wil Safrit is an Immigration Attorney who obtained his Juris Doctor at the University of North Carolina School of Law. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Mr. Safrit was born and raised in Kannapolis, North Carolina. He decided to specialize in immigration law because when he was at Law School, one of his best friends became an American citizen, where he attended his naturalization ceremony and that influenced his decision to apply to the immigration field.

Wil Safrit is currently specialized in employment-based petitions. He’s proud of obtaining hundreds of approvals from his clients and is looking forward to obtaining even more.

In his free time, he loves to listen to audiobooks and walk with his dog “Boone” around Chicago. Also, he likes to cook with his wife, watch Duke University Sports, and collect vinyl records.

He speaks English and a little Haitian Creole because he took three semesters of it in college.
