Natalia A. Duran is an Immigration Attorney at Colombo & Hurd. Ms. Duran focuses on employment-based immigration, including EB-2 National Interest Waivers, representing individuals with advanced degrees and extraordinary abilities.

Originally from Colombia, she brings a personal understanding of the immigration journey to her practice. She is passionate about helping individuals and professionals pursue opportunity in the United States and achieve their version of the American Dream.

Ms. Duran brings a strong litigation background having represented clients ranging from small and mid-sized businesses to Fortune Global 500 companies in commercial and employment disputes. She also handled complex, multi-party litigation in construction defect matters on behalf of homeowners’ associations. Her experience sharpened her ability to analyze complex and technical concepts and translate them into clear, strategic, evidence-driven petitions, allowing her to advocate effectively for her clients.

Ms. Duran's connection to immigration law reaches back to the start of her legal career. Before law school, she worked as a Legal Assistant at a Miami-based immigration practice, gaining hands-on experience in family and employment-based immigration petitions. Since then, Ms. Duran has maintained a strong commitment to supporting her community by providing pro bono support in immigration matters.
