Rachel Slomski

Senior Attorney

Rachel Slomski is a Business Immigration Attorney at Colombo & Hurd whose practice focuses on employment-based immigrant petitions, particularly in the EB-1 and EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) categories. She has extensive experience preparing and managing I-140 petitions, including both initial filings and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).

Ms. Slomski advises highly skilled professionals seeking permanent residency in the United States, developing strategic, well-documented cases that align with complex regulatory standards and evolving adjudication trends. Her work is centered on presenting compelling legal arguments supported by strong evidentiary records.

Prior to focusing on immigration law, Ms. Slomski worked with banks and corporate clients, gaining experience in complex regulatory and business matters. She later transitioned her practice to immigration, applying her legal background to help individuals navigate the path to permanent residency.

In addition to her employment-based practice, Ms. Slomski has contributed her time to asylum cases and has experience teaching English abroad, reflecting her broader commitment to supporting immigrant communities.
