Roshn Vazhel

RFE Department Director

Roshn Vazhel is an Immigration Attorney and the RFE Department Director at Colombo & Hurd, where his practice centers on employment-based petitions, including EB-1A extraordinary ability visas, EB-2 National Interest Waivers (NIWs), EB-1B outstanding researcher visas, and O-1 non-immigrant matters, for extraordinary and high-skilled professionals. He has depth in navigating Requests for Evidence (RFEs), appeals, and complex I-140 petitions for clients facing denials or unique professional backgrounds.

Mr. Vazhel came to immigration law through personal experience. As the child of immigrants, he witnessed firsthand the struggles his parents, extended family, and friends encountered navigating the U.S. immigration system. That connection shapes how he approaches every case and how he advocates for clients working to build their lives and careers in the United States.

Before focusing on immigration, Mr. Vazhel gained experience in complex civil litigation, including discovery work on multi-district antitrust cases and serving as a managing attorney for several large-scale discovery projects.
