Ms. Barozza is a licensed attorney in Argentina who has been an essential member of the Colombo & Hurd for over a decade. During that time, she has assisted the US attorneys in representing hundreds of immigrants throughout their entire immigration process.
Ms. Barozza specializes in removal and deportation cases. She assists clients in raising a variety of defenses to removal proceedings including Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Cancellation of Removal, Waivers, Adjustment of Status, Voluntary Departure, Prosecutorial Discretion, and Stays of Deportation, among others. In addition to her experience in removal, Ms. Barozza has also had success assisting the firm’s clients in cases involving Affirmative Asylum, E-2 Visas (Treaty/Investor visas), I-751 Removal of Conditional Residence, VAWA petitions, U visas, Temporary Protected Status, DACA, naturalization process, K-1 Fiancee Visas, P-1 Visas, and Deferred Action Status based on humanitarian reasons.
Ms. Barozza performs thorough research and prepares legal memoranda, briefs and detailed Exhibits that are submitted to Immigration Officers and Judges in support of the firm’s clients. Her dedicated work has been paramount to achieving outstanding outcomes in all clients’ legal matters. Her ability to fluently communicate in both Spanish and English languages has enabled her to maintain extensive client interaction and comprehend specifics particularities of each case, essential for reaching successful results.
