E2 Visa Approved for Canadian Entrepreneur’s HVAC Company at U.S. Consulate in Toronto

Congratulations to our client, a Canadian national, who was recently approved for a five year E-2 visa at the U.S. Consulate in Toronto, Ontario. Our client, an innovator and entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in business leadership, founded a U.S. Company designed to deliver heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) service to his clients throughout Florida. The HVAC Company he developed has been providing air conditioning system installation, maintenance, and repair to businesses and residents in south Florida over the past several years. Using a network of in-house and contracted technicians, the Company provides service throughout Florida currently including the Miami, Tampa, and Orlando metropolitan areas, with plans to expand to north Florida and throughout the southeast United States.
