The E-1 Visa (Treaty Trader Visa) is a non-immigrant visa for citizens of countries with treaties of commerce and navigation with the United States. It enables qualified petitioners to live and work in the U.S. to manage substantial trade conducted primarily between their home country and the U.S.

Do You Qualify?
